Oom Steyn’s Pub:
The Hotel celebrated it’s centenary in 2020 making Oom Steyn’s the oldest pub in the village. Originally nicknamed “The Snake Pit” due to a huge python skin which used to adorn the wall, it was re fitted completely in 2003 and named after the current owner’s late husband, Steyn van den Berg. Oom Steyn’s is available for private functions and events.

The wine list, however, is substantially larger and consists of a lovely selection of carefully selected wines. The Maison is part of the Stanford Hotel and is licensed. Corkage is charged @ R60 per bottle. Opening times –The last Saturday of the month from 18.30.
